Plan B: taxi. After a big show taxis near the gate are hard to get — walk a few streets away first, or set the destination in a taxi app (Kakao T, Uber). A late-night surcharge applies.

Right after the show the taxi queue at the venue is long: walk one or two blocks to a main road, or wait 20–30 minutes.
Apps: K.ride (Kakao’s app for visitors, overseas cards, no Korean phone number needed) or Kakao T (choose “pay the driver”). Uber shows UT taxis, but fewer drivers use it.
Most taxis take cards and T-money; keep some cash as a backup.
