Buying merch (MD) at concerts in Korea

Concert merch (MD) in Korea is sold two ways: at booths at the venue, or paid for online in advance and collected at the venue. HYBE artists among others often use Weverse Shop's on-site Pickup, where you prepay and collect with a QR code. Sales methods, hours, payment options and purchase limits are set per show and can change with the weather, so always check the official notice for your show.

Weverse Shop on-site Pickup

Weverse Help describes Pickup as prepaying for designated products on Weverse Shop and collecting them on site with a QR code. For TWS at KSPO DOME in June 2026, the Weverse Shop notice set these rules:

  • Collection at Olympic Park's Meeting Plaza in your reserved time slot; no early collection.
  • Orders could only be placed within a 40 km radius of the venue.
  • Printed or captured QR codes were not accepted. There was no ID check, so never show or share your QR code.
  • Orders not collected were cancelled and refunded automatically.
  • Per-product purchase limits; no shopping bags.
  • Payment by Korean cards, PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and others.

BOYNEXTDOOR's KSPO DOME shows in July 2026 ran album pickup under the same rules, with a random photocard gift.

Booths at the venue

We found no official rules that apply across shows for booth hours, waiting numbers or payment methods; each show announces its own, so check before you travel.

Weather can change things. At SEVENTEEN's fan meeting at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium in June 2026, strong wind cut on-site sales hours, the Weverse pickup booth was cancelled and all pickup orders were refunded automatically.

What to prepare

  • Set up a Weverse Shop account and app, and check you can log in.
  • If you use Pickup, note your time slot and place, and allow time for the crowds.
  • Keep battery and data on your phone (eSIM and mobile data).
  • Bring your own bag (one 2026 notice said no shopping bags).
  • Official lightsticks are handled differently by each show (Lightstick pairing).
