K-pop year-end award shows and festivals 2026–27: dates and venues

KGMA: 7–8 November, Gocheok Sky Dome

Hosted by Ilgan Sports; day 1 is Artist Day and day 2 Music Day. According to the organiser, the sale of tickets for Korea started on 2 October 2026 at 6pm KST, only on NOL (formerly Interpark). The article we checked says nothing about overseas sales.

MMA2026: 14–15 November, Gocheok Sky Dome

Melon's awards run over two days for the first time and moved earlier than last year (20 December). According to the official MMA2026 site, tickets are on Melon Ticket: round 1 from 8pm KST on 19 October for GOLD tier and above, round 2 from 8pm KST on 22 October for Melon paid members, up to 2 per person (checked 19 October).

SBS Gayo Daejeon: 24–25 December, KINTEX

The 30th-anniversary edition is the first over two days. How to attend had not been announced on 18 October. In 2025 (INSPIRE Arena) there were applications through performing artists' fan clubs, for ages 15 and up with ID checks. Broadcaster festivals may not sell tickets the usual way, so also watch the artists' official notices.

• MAMA AWARDS 2026: 20–21 November, Kyocera Dome Osaka. Entries for the Visa cardholder presale lottery (Qoo10) are open until 23:59 JST (UTC+9) on 18 October 2026, with results on Qoo10 from 21 October. • Music Bank Global Festival in Japan: 12–13 December, National Stadium, Tokyo. Reserved seats are ¥22,000 per day; the official presale ran until 23:59 JST on 23 September 2026. Check music-bank.jp for later sales
• AAA 2026: 5–6 December, Kaohsiung National Stadium, Taiwan, sold on tixCraft; the general sale opened on 19 September 2026 at 13:00 Taiwan time (UTC+8)
• 41st Golden Disc Awards: 9–10 January 2027, Hanoi. Tickets and line-up not announced on 18 October (news reports)
• D Awards 2027: 15–16 January 2027, Paris, billed as the first K-pop awards held in Europe

• KBS Song Festival (Korea): no date or venue yet. In 2025 it was on 19 December at Songdo ConvensiA, Incheon. The Japan festival (Music Bank, above) is confirmed
• MBC Gayo Daejejeon: not announced. In 2025 it aired live on 31 December from the MBC Dream Center in Goyang. It has traditionally aired on New Year's Eve, but no 2026 date has been announced
• Hanteo Music Awards: not announced. The last one was on 15 February 2026 at KSPO DOME
• Seoul Music Awards: now held in June, not at year end. The 35th was on 20 June 2026 at INSPIRE Arena
• Circle Chart Music Awards: postponed indefinitely in March 2024; we found no announcement of a return
• The Fact Music Awards: the 2026 edition already took place on 19 September in Busan
