KSPO DOME and Olympic Hall (Olympic Park)

Seoul · 12 shows

Last checked: 15 October 2026

Olympic Park in Songpa-gu is home to several of Seoul's main concert halls, and "Olympic Park" on a ticket can mean one of several halls inside the park: KSPO DOME, the former gymnastics arena (15,000 seats, according to the park); Olympic Hall, built for pop concerts (3,000 seats); ticketLINK LIVE ARENA, the former handball stadium (5,000 seats, renamed under a naming deal in August 2025); and the smaller Woori Financial Art Hall. The park is large and the halls are spread out, so check which one your ticket names before you set off.

KSPO DOME

14 tips
  • In an end-stage setup, the center of the lower fixed tier facing the stage (C block, roughly sections 6-10) is the most praised for balance: whole stage, any runway and the main screen all in view. Several sources[5][6][7]
  • In the upper tier, the center sections facing an end stage (around 31-36) give a clear, straight-on view of the full production; fans call the venue compact enough that it never feels too far. Several sources[5][8]

360° stage, standing floor (DAY6, May 2025)about 16,000 [4]

The same venue holds very different numbers depending on how the stage is built. These are official figures and reported examples, not the seat count for your show.

How sections are numbered

The fixed seats are in two tiers, split into blocks A, B, C and D. The lower tier has sections 1–22 and the upper tier sections 23–52. Floor sections are drawn new for each show: often lettered blocks when the floor is seated, and numbered zones when it is standing.

Good spots 1 tips
  • Side seats can pay off when the show has a long runway or extended stage: the artist comes close, even if the main stage and screen are at an angle. In a side seat, the higher tier often shows the whole stage more easily than the lower one. Several sources[5][6][9]
Cautions 7 tips
  • Floor names differ between maps: many ticket sites and fans call the lower fixed tier (sections 1-22) '1st floor' and the upper tier (sections 23-52) '2nd floor', while the official map calls them 2F and 3F. Go by section number, not floor name. Several sources[6][10][11][12]
  • Stage layout changes everything: with a one-sided (end) stage the sections at both ends next to the stage become side or restricted-view seats; a 360-degree center stage removes most of those and adds thousands of seats. Check the seat map for your specific show. Several sources[2][3][5][13]
  • Floor seats are closest to the stage, but the floor is flat (no rake), so a tall person in front can block your view, especially further back. Several sources[5][6][12]
  • From the upper tier, artists look small; you watch the screens and the overall staging. Bring binoculars or opera glasses if you want faces. Several sources[6][12]
  • With an end stage, the upper-tier sections nearest the stage on either side (around 24-26 and 41-43) are side or restricted views; they depend heavily on whether extra screens are hung. Several sources[5][12][14]
  • With an end stage, the lower-tier end sections (1, 2, 14, 15) are usually sold as restricted view: you can see the stage, but you sit turned sideways and may get a stiff neck. One report[5]
  • Extra restricted-view seats are sometimes released after the main ticket sale, once the final stage design is fixed. Their exact view varies by show. One report[5]
Entrances & access 3 tips
  • Nearest subway: Olympic Park Station (Lines 5 and 9), Exit 3 or Exit 4, then about a 7-minute walk. The nearest park entrances are East Gate 2 and North Gate 2. Several sources[10][15]
  • There are six entrance gates around the dome (1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3), each next to particular seat blocks. Check the gate on your ticket or in the show notice; walking around the round building to the wrong side takes time. One report[10][13]
  • After the show, Olympic Park Station and its taxi line get very crowded. Hanseong Baekje (Line 9, about 20 min walk) or Mongchontoseong (Line 8, about 23 min walk) are alternatives. One report[15]
Facilities 1 tips
  • Toilets inside get crowded around entry and intermission, so use toilets outside the hall first and bring tissues. Lockers are at Olympic Park Station. One fan says the toilets at the far ends of the side sections clear fastest. One report[6][15]

Olympic Hall

10 tips
  • It is a mid-size hall with a gentle rake, so most seats see well, including the side blocks. The inner blocks beside the floor (B1, D1) are the most praised in fan reviews. Several sources[3][4]
  • In B1/D1 the rows behind the wheelchair area feel like a front row, and the step from row 6 up keeps heads out of the way. From the back rows (around 10-13) you see the full stage, but faces need opera glasses. One report[4]

The same venue holds very different numbers depending on how the stage is built. These are official figures and reported examples, not the seat count for your show.

How sections are numbered

The stage is at the front with the floor in the middle, and the center block F1–F3 behind the floor. On the left are A1–A4, B1, B2 and G; on the right D1, D2, E1–E4 and H. B and D are the inner blocks beside the floor; A and E are the outer blocks, which fans list as 2nd-floor seats. G and H sit right next to the stage.

Good spots 1 tips
  • On the 2nd-floor side blocks, the back blocks (A4/E4) feel far but show the whole staging, while the blocks nearer the stage (A2/E2) are closer to the artist but weaker for the full stage. One report[5]
Cautions 4 tips
  • Block names can differ between the official map (center block F1-F3) and some ticket maps (center block C1-C3, with front rows counted as 1st floor and back rows as 2nd floor). Check your show's own seat map. Several sources[6][7]
  • Very low front rows of the side blocks can sit below stage height, so tall people in front partly block the view (one fan found B1 row 7 better than row 5). One report[4]
  • G and H, the blocks right beside the stage (near GATE 1 and GATE 4), are restricted-view seats. They are close to the artist but give poor sightlines to the whole stage. One report[5][6]
  • Seats near the front of B1 are close to a speaker stack, so expect loud and somewhat lopsided sound there. One report[4]
Entrances & access 2 tips
  • Ground-floor entrances are GATE 1 (left), GATE 2-3 (center, behind the F block) and GATE 4 (right); 2nd-floor seats use GATE 5-8. Nearest subway is Olympic Park Station Exit 3, about 10 minutes (600 m) on foot. Several sources[3][6]
  • Standing floor (show-dependent): each standing zone has its own waiting area and you enter in ticket-number order. The view depends on your spot and on whether the stage has a runway. One report[3]
Facilities 1 tips
  • Toilets inside get very crowded; use those outside the hall beforehand and bring tissues. Lockers are at Olympic Park Station. One report[3]

The nearest station is Olympic Park (Line 9), about 8 minutes on foot (565 m).

The park's official directions list three stations: Olympic Park (Lines 5 and 9), Exits 3 and 4; Mongchontoseong (Line 8), Exit 1; and Hanseong Baekje (Line 9), Exit 2. The park doesn't give an exit for each hall. NOL World's travel guide suggests Exit 4 of Olympic Park Station for KSPO DOME and ticketLINK LIVE ARENA, about seven minutes on foot past the giant thumb sculpture, and Exit 3 for Olympic Hall, about 600 m.

Line 5 splits at Gangdong, so take a train bound for Macheon, not Hanam Geomdansan. From Incheon Airport, the park lists airport limousine bus 6200, which stops at Olympic Hall.

These are the latest trains in any direction; many end before central Seoul. Use the table above for your hotel area.

Latest departures on the Saturday / Sunday/holiday timetable. Times are from the Seoul Metro timetable and are estimates; check the station on the night.

Plan B: taxi. After a big show taxis near the gate are hard to get — walk a few streets away first, or set the destination in a taxi app (Kakao T, Uber). A late-night surcharge applies.

On the weekday timetable, the last trains from Olympic Park leave between 23:27 and Next day 00:58, depending on the direction and how far you are going. On the Saturday and Sunday/holiday timetable, the last trains from Olympic Park leave between 23:03 and Next day 00:04, depending on the direction and how far you are going.

Olympic Park Station has both Line 5 and Line 9, so you can head back on either. If the queue there is long, Mongchontoseong (Line 8) and Hanseong Baekje (Line 9), the other stations the park lists, are the alternatives. The box above lists the last departure for each line and destination.

Of the 12 shows we have tracked here, the start times were 16:00, 17:00, 18:00 and 20:00. Listed running times: 2 h, 2 h 20 min.

Good to know

  • Check the hall name on your ticket (KSPO DOME, Olympic Hall, ticketLINK LIVE ARENA) and pick the exit before you go.
  • ticketLINK LIVE ARENA still appears as Handball Gymnasium (핸드볼경기장) or SK Handball Stadium on some pages.
  • The park's bus stops are named after its gates; the stop called Olympic Hall (routes 3318, 3411, 340 and others) is the one for Olympic Hall.
