How many people does KSPO DOME hold?

The Olympic Park official site (ksponco.or.kr) gives KSPO DOME's capacity as 15,000. Its intro page also shows 14,594, so the figure varies by page. Either way, it is an indoor arena of about 15,000.

Olympic Park also has the 5,000-capacity ticketLINK LIVE ARENA (formerly the Handball Stadium) and the 3,000-capacity Olympic Hall. Check the venue name on your ticket to be sure which building it is. Getting to all three is covered on our Olympic Park page.

What is Gocheok Sky Dome's capacity?

According to NOL World's venue page, Gocheok Sky Dome has about 16,000 fixed seats and holds up to 25,000 when the field (floor) is used. That makes it the largest of the dome and arena venues in this list. The number for any show depends on how the floor is set up. For getting there and the crowds afterwards, see our Gocheok Sky Dome page.

Where do 50,000-scale stadium shows happen?

Jamsil Olympic Stadium, Seoul's largest venue at about 70,000, has been closed for renovation since August 2023. According to the Korea Times (April 2026) and Dailian (September 2026), it will be used for baseball from 2027 to 2031, so it won't be available for concerts until around 2031. The Korea Herald (June 2025) reported that the closure has spread concerts across the wider Seoul area.

The stadiums taking up the slack are Goyang Stadium, with about 41,000 fixed seats and about 50,000 for concerts, and Busan Asiad Main Stadium with 53,769 seats, where BTS drew about 110,000 over two nights in June 2026. A May 2026 report says Busan Asiad is planned for conversion to baseball from 2028, so its longer-term future may change.

Reading capacity figures

The same venue can hold very different numbers depending on the stage shape and whether the floor is seated. Inspire Arena differs by 3,000 between its 360° and T-stage layouts, Gocheok Sky Dome by about 9,000 between fixed seats and the full floor, and Seoul Arena by nearly 10,000 between fixed seats and standing. Check the seat map on the ticket page for how a particular show is laid out; the labels are explained in Reading Korean seat maps.
